This 3-day immersive retreat has been designed not only to bring immediate relief, but also to help you learn practical and sustainable strategies to manage and live with anxiety in a healthier way.
From November 29th to 1st December, you will experience a carefully structured program that integrates:
• Individual and group psychotherapy
• Equine-assisted therapy, with transformative ground-based sessions
• Mindfulness and yoga, cultivating calm and balance
• Therapeutic practices in nature, promoting grounding, presence, and resilience
